Yes! we have a warranty on our products. We will fix, replace, or help you solve a problem with any of our products if there is a major defect in the item and if you have followed the wood care details that have been provided to you.

This can be anywhere from a week to dozens of weeks. During the discovery process you will be provided with a quote.

Depending on the item and how it was finished will determine how to maintain the products.

In general you do not want to submerge or let wood sit in water, direct sunlight, or high heat.

To clean all wood products, you want to clean them with mild soap and as little water as possible, then promptly dry them as thoroughly as possible. Place upright to aid in drying versus laying flat to avoid warping.

To maintain the product add a small amount of wood oil or wax to the board.

It is recommended to minimize the use of sharp objects or items that could scratch the surface.

If your product is in need of a repair you could sand the surface with 220 grit sand paper and then add a small amount of wood oil to the board.
